Would you like space to explore your thoughts and feelings?
Some help to get back on track again?
I am now seeing clients back in my counselling room on the edge of Bath as well as online or over the phone
Counselling can help. My name is Sarah Layzell and I've been working as a counsellor & psychotherapist since 1998. I also work as a supervisor and can support your own therapy practice.
I see people both for one-to-one and couples counselling. My approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing on existential and mindfulness-based approaches as well as CBT and ACT. I worked for many years as a University counsellor so am experienced working with young people as well as adults; I welcome older people, too. I enjoy working with counselling students and offer a concessionary rate.
I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am accredited by the BACP and adhere to their Ethical Framework.
I am registered with BUPA, AXA and Vitality Health.
Supervision: I have a Diploma in Supervision awarded by CSTD Bath .
