Therapy can help. My name is Sarah Layzell and I've been working as a counsellor & psychotherapist since 1998. I see people both for one-to-one and couples counselling. My approach is integrative and person-centred, drawing on existential and mindfulness-based approaches as well as CBT and ACT. I worked for many years as a University counsellor so am experienced working with young people as well as adults; I welcome older people, too. I enjoy working with counselling students and offer a concessionary rate. I also offer supervision to support your own therapy practice.
I am committed to providing counselling and psychotherapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment. I am accredited by the BACP and adhere to their Ethical Framework.
